Nebbiolo

Nebbiolo – black wine grape.
The name is derived from Nebbia: Italian for fog, which occurs a lot in  Piemonte.
Base to the famous Barolo and Barbaresco from Piemonte.

Aromas of viola, high acidity and firm tannin.
Pale colour, tends to age quickly.

The wines can ripen for a very long time
